On completion of
transfer 20% of the house down payment and all related
closing costs will be paid out by the Conveyancing
Attorneys.

Pursuant to the
Development Agreement, Lilayi Housing Estate will be
entitled to draw down on the remaining 80% of your funds
from the trust account on a phased basis as the house is
constructed.
